So I was surfing on the web, and suddenly found this gem of a course that I thought I’d share with you here. As you all know, Tennis is not just a physical game but also a very mental one too. We all know players who play well for 2 and a half sets before collapsing and losing in 5 because a) they are not physically strong enough and b) because they are not mentally strong enough. I think you all remember the Gasquet – Murray match from Wimbledon 2008. Unfortunately, a lot of tennis players underestimate the mental part of the game, and a few don’t think it’s possible to get help in that department.

That’s why I find the Mindset in Tennis very interesting. It’s a super tennis course to train new and experienced tennis players alike in the mental department of the game. I know that top players use variety of notes to keep themselves focus on the ultimate goal (I know Serena uses a notebook), and I thought some of these audio files can be extremely helpful before matches to keep young players focused.

What I found interesting about this course was not just the strategies that you can use to win or how to stay motivated in the heat of the battle, but also how you can use others mental weaknesses to turn matches around. Here is what you get with this course:

The bonuses seem to be introductory, so I am not sure if they are included with the course when you get a chance to check them out, but overall, I found Mindset In Tennis an extremely useful course for the youngster who are just getting serious about the game. I think the question about this course is not its value but whether you can actually grasp all the information that is provided in this course before your next serious match. Either way, it is definitely worth checking out.
