So enough of Roddick this week already. After having a crazy week which involved someone robbing yours truly’s car, I bet we are all ready for the next battle of the titans, Federer and Sampras. In a normal competitive match, Federer would and should win easily, but since are talking about an exhibition and possible sequels to this rivalry, it is not out of question that we see a third set tie-break and even a Sampras win. Of course, if Sampras win, it’d be the first time in infinite years that Roger has lost three straight tennis matches. My prediction is a 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 for Federer, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Sampras won to keep the story going. It’s just a shame that Roger Federer gives more importance to exhibitions than tournaments such as Dubai and Masters Series.
